Sydney Swanson

Sydney is a Sales Agronomist for CHS River Plains based out of Philip, SD, whom she has been employed with for six years. Although she is west river now, she grew up in the northeast corner of the state. Sydney attended South Dakota State University where she graduated with an Ag Science and Ag Business degree. She has been involved in the ag world her entire life and has always had a passion for agriculture and leadership for as long as she can remember. Sydney is a graduate of the Tomorrow's Ag Leaders program provided by the South Dakota Ag Business Association and currently serves on Philip's Chamber of Commerce board as the Secretary. She believes there isn't a better way to improve the ag industry other than to create connections and networks with those who have like mindsets and goals, which she knows she will find on this journey.
