Brandon White

Brandon farms and ranches with his family near Orient, South Dakota, raising corn, soybeans, and cattle. He returned to production agriculture after serving as the Feed & Aqua Research Director at Houdek’s technology center in Brookings, where he led feed manufacturing and aquaculture research efforts into the development of the company’s fermented-soy feed ingredients.

Originally raised on a row crop farm in rural northwest Iowa, Brandon moved to South Dakota in 2011, earning a B.S. in Biological Sciences and a M.S. in Fisheries Sciences from South Dakota State University. Now residing near Orient, Brandon and his wife, Kaitee, enjoy spending time outdoors with their two young children and time spent with family on their farms in Iowa and South Dakota.
