Annie Walker

Annie, her husband and three kids farm and ranch outside of McIntosh, SD. She grew up on a ranch near Timber Lake and has been an animal lover all her life. She is active in animal rescue and fosters dogs and litters of puppies. Annie is most at home on the prairie or in the barn. She and her family raise wheat, sunflowers, corn, black Angus cattle, and a few dairy cows. Originally a Registered Veterinary Technician with a degree from Eastern Wyoming College, she has worked as the Business Manager for the Corson Conservation District since 2015. What she loves most about her job is helping SD producers and being active in conservation on the ground.
