The SDARL Foundation has been recognized as a “Hometown Hero” by the South Dakota Community Foundation (SDCF). According to the SDCF, Hometown Heroes are a special group of people and organizations with a passion for helping communities grow and thrive. SDARL has been growing leaders for agriculture and rural communities in the state since 1998. SDARL has worked with the Community Foundation on creating and funding endowments to provide leadership seminars in perpetuity as part of the SDARL flagship 18-month leadership program.
