SDARL Board Member Craig Schaunaman was featured in an article in the TriState Neighbor on the impact of COVID -19 on agriculture. The story highlights a presentation by Dr. David Kohl to the South Dakota Farmers Union, who called the pandemic a “black swan event” that creates volatility in extremes, from prices for farmers to costs for consumers.
