U.S. Representative Dusty Johnson visited Scott Family Farms recently to talk ag issues and spend some time in the field with farmer leaders from the SD Soybean Association (SDSA) and SD Corn Growers Association (SDCGA).

Pictured to the right of Congressman Johnson, at center in the picture above, is South Dakota Soybean Association Director Jeff Thompson (SDARL VII). Others attending the event include American Soybean Association (ASA) President Kevin Scott, SDSA President Jordan Scott, SDCGA President Scott Stahl, SDCGA Sec/treasurer Dave Ellens, and ASA Director Brandon Wipf. Representative Johnson discussed a variety of issues affecting farmers including infrastructure, taxes, trade, carbon, and biofuels.
